God damn I just had a tough boss. Managed to solo with a warrior and take on 8 guys, all it really takes is timing with potions and making sure you stun enemies. Taking out the mages first seems to help too.

I'm less complaining about these things themselves and more about how easily avoided they could have - and should have - been. Even notch during his worst days of lazy implementations did better.

forgive me if it sounds like an entitlement thing when you buy a game with a massive alpha label on it that you know is untested and complain when it doesn't work perfectly
and I say 'doesn't work perfectly' because aside from those two issues the game is pretty good for a first public release - a better state of affairs than I've seen from a lot of game launches previously, big-brand and indie alike

And just an added salt to the wound: The port you have to host on, port 12345, has up until now been used almost exclusively by malware, so it stands to reason some services might block it. This apparently includes most Australian ISPs or most Netgear routers; as of my group of friends, not a single one of us can open port 12345, and we all have Netgear equipment as it turns out. It's literally the only port in the entire 12000-13000 range that's not available for use. So that sucks for us. And since the port is hardcoded in the client I can't even write a quick reverse proxy to pipe connections from another port to that one.

the game´s launcher is kinda wobbly. i think this time it just said `game OK´ without even logging me in so that´s why it shut itself down.

This means the power level has been already raised once. On some items you can buy from the shop (hint: they all suck) some of the power levels will already be adapted. AFAIK you can't adapt an item after it's already been adapted, I tried upgrading an old sword with plat coins but it was already adapted so it wouldn't allow me.

Okay, I just skip the last... 600 Posts I'm missing since the Alpha came out and come directly to my Questions:
I think I'm too stupid for this... How do I kill enemys? And by "kill" I mean: Came, attack, lose ~10 Health Points and then the enemy dies. I mostly have to use 1 Heal Potion pro fight.
I think it will be better if I level up... but then I come straight to the next question:
Where the F do I find Quests?! I'm wandering around for like 2 hours now and didn't find any City or Quest or something like that. Just a bunch of overpowered Mob-Groups killing me right away.
Pisses me off that my turtle fucking loses its levels every now and then. It's random!

I don't think you can right now. And yeah, the mmb dodging is an interesting choice to say the least.
Game won't update (install) so I can't play, and when I checked the forums it says that I can't post because of server maintenance.
