Yeah I can't connect to the update server, and in turn when I launch the game it crashes/kicks me out.
I want to play so bad. anybody know if the update server is just down, or if I'm experiencing some kind of bug? my friends literally just updated.

You can receive some quests by entering dungeons/battle zones (xrossed swords on map). I went onto some orc infested mountains and suddenly got the quest to kill an orc ruler.

Your GPU or what?
I used MSI afterburner to lock my FPS to a max of 60 otherwise the game rapes some GPUs.
I think originally I was at 82c with 80% fan but as soon as I put on the FPS limit it dropped to 60% fan at around 65-70c
Tis a problem with the game apparantly. You will just have insane FPS and super GPU useage unless you limit it

Do the quests have level requirements? Cause that might be a good reason why they don't show up early.

Find a Customization Bench in a town. It should be in the Crafting District.
There are no 'quests' at the moment so to speak. He was saying that eventually they will be added.
Currently at the moment if you talk to some people with speach bubbles over their heads, they'll mark places of interest on your map.
If you check on your map, they are colour-coded. Red means, basically just don't bother, blue is a challenge, and white is easy.
Also, some npc marked Lugorior mountains on my map and I made two trips worth of iron. Ended up with so much I decked out my iron mace with blocks.

Raccoons, bumblebees, squirrels and basically anything cute are going to fuck you up if you go near them. I love that.

The game isn't DRM, you just need to login at least once to activate it and if the servers for it are down, you can still play it, kind of like Minecrafts offline mode.

Well, for me atleast, whenever I go to red-text places there are loads of mobs way higher level that me.
I'm also playing as Warrior Guardian, so it's a bit more difficult.
