You could just take the points out of swiftness so that doesn't happen. It's not like rangers really need switftness anyway with retreat, especially with a glider.

Yeah I was a bit too harsh at this game. It's an alpha. But it doesn't change the fact that it needs details fixed.
Let me reply to your points and explain why these awesome feautures I have tried didn't make me jizz while playing the game
1. The recipes are only available as drops from enemies, and when I can only kill bunnies I am not luckily to get anything good. The resources are quite rare, though I never had any lack of them.
2. What's the point of taming all the animals? What's rewarding about it? A snout beattle, a turtle and you are set for life. I am not a fan of collectibles in games, so catching em all just for the hell of it is not my thing.
3. I had to swim across 4 oceans without a boat or a glider and have not yet seen a single desert or lavaland. I am sick of that exploration where I always end up in the same looking forest.
4. Aren't all the quests "kill that boss"? Killed a few, was fun. Still, combat is weird. I don't think a warrior armed with a superb hell-of-a-thing axe should deal 5 damage per hit, while a squirrel does the same with his claws. Yeah, there are dodges and blocks and stuff. But the game of jumping gets boring.
5. Multiplayer adds fun? Maybe with a friend. Sadly I only had the chance to play with random people. When there are 5 people storming a castle you will most luckily get extreme lags. That is very disturbing. Also the system of spawn is terrible. You can't just spawn near everybody, you respawn the same place you were at since you left a server. That means if you went away for 30 minutes and your friends got 2 biomes away, you will have to travel the whole distance. Guess what I had to cross to catch up? Right, a god damn ocean.

Each town sells one type of pet food. I guess you could just spawn worlds until you find a store that sells what you're looking for.

You can remove pieces from weapons, but you don't get them back.

Don't worry, finding a spirit is MUCH easier than having all the following variables line up perfectly on the weapons you find:
- Is around your level.
- Is for your class.
- Is your preferred weapon type (I really don't like huge weapons, for example).
- IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE DAMN SPIRIT.
Seriously. I have a +1 and +14 fire spirit, and a bunch of weapons from a mountain king and mobs surrounding it.
Shit lv1 weapon: compatible with +14 fire spirit.
Amazing lv10 weapon: compatible with +1 fire spirit, but not +14.
Rogue with the sword is pretty damned good.

Having a blast playing ninja rogue. Relying on good dodging and dashing seems more difficult but is oh so satisfying. Especially against bosses where it's actually necessary.
I actually just unlocked the shuriken skill so I can't wait to make use of that.
Not really sure what the benefit of assassin is. I don't know the specifics of each specialization but ninja seems better to me. More fun at least.
