I really liked Clear Sky, and thought that them being mostly wiped out after their picnic at the CNPP was actually a really clever way to keep them out of SoC. Saddens me that they're not in CoP though, would have really liked to see a small group of survivors, other than Nimble. They're like a wonderful mix up of Ecologists and Duty.
