Why are bandages are useless in the swamps?
You seem to have been using the vodka, not the bandages.
You seem to have been using the vodka, not the bandages.
Bandages for bleeding Vodka for radiation Medkits for healing
More like: Vodka for radiation Medkits for healing Pray to almighty Monolith for healing
Bandages are for crackheads and debutantes. Unless you're Scar, in which case they're a tasty and well-wrapped meal.
Bandages for bleeding Vodka for radiation Medkits for healing
I was making a joke about the grammar. And I usually have double the amount of bandages as medkits at all times, in case I need two bandages to staunch the bleeding, and then the one medkit to fill my health back up. And then just as much vodka as I can carry.
Oh wow I just noticed the grammar The effects of the zone must be getting to me

Well, I actually fixed the crashes in my mod... at least for me. http://www.mediafire.com/download/m4s4k55jgf7wnsp/Total_Reloaded_Warfare_1.5.2.7z You know what that supposed sound error was caused by? Being able to attach a suppressor to the L85 before you got the upgrade to do so. :suicide:
Didn't you give them new mesh's?
Yup, I did and I still have those new meshes :)
After playing misery, I am loving it entirely. The atmosphere just strikes a good note with me, and the difficulty makes the game a lot more rewarding and easier to be immersed into. It also introduces all of the little game altering mechanics that I love with mods, such as weapon proficiency and harvesting mutants. So far I have had to make a living by going out and hunting mutants (and sometimes people) with my scoped mosin and sawed off shotgun. The shotgun is usually reserved for mutants, the rifle for people. Since mutants will eat you for dinner, I have had to always have an out somewhere nearby. Something like a rock or pipe, just something to get on top of. This means you actually gotta pay attention to where you are, or else a sudden swarm of rabid cats will tear you limb from limb. Since everything is so expensive, it feels a lot more fulfilling when I finally make enough profit off of hunting to buy a new leather jacket to replace my torn up one. Next step: a respirator, and probably some artifact hunting! Another thing that misery sort of improves on is the gap between early game items and later game items. In the beginning you will use wooden stocked rifles and maybe a WW2 AR or SMG, and hunting shotguns, and you will get to know them well before moving on. It further enhances the sense of achievement when you get something other than that crappy old rifle you used to scrape out a living in the very beginning. I almost feel like I shouldn't sell my mosin and will instead keep it as some kind of trophy. so yea, Misery 2.0: looks great, and for someone who likes immersion and challenge, a good mod so far.
Valley of Rustles (again) [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817713953/7DEF48780954CE6CF38F16000D8E21BF2A0615A2/[/t][t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817716421/2A9C10DCE9BD0455D4A4CEB82E25107BF2463043/[/t] [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817720062/B6835CE90AF4EC4B1D9C7455002CD67AC7DCEF90/[/t][t]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817721726/94C3BF39C9DC9953A45807BAD52AA5EFF2D3FA60/[/t] [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817723478/1FF04E92E6A86003784D123347EA44F391751C98/[/t][t]http://cloud-3.steampowered.com/ugc/901004911817725207/2F85FF0BBB04E6F4072EEA54936432A75D73EFA2/[/t] So far this story mod is really enjoyable.
Yup, I did and I still have those new meshes :)
I thought so. I remember you making a mod like that and it having a ton of new artifact meshes.
I might geht back and reinstall SHoC any good mods i could install?
What are you looking for? Graphical overhauls, sounds, massive overhaul :v: there's a lot out there especially for shoc
I thought so. I remember you making a mod like that and it having a ton of new artifact meshes.
Yup, now for CoP as well! Also, we all know this issue right; [thumb]http://imageshack.us/a/img253/89/sslowenz100512105903zat.jpg[/thumb] Well, I've wanted to share this with you for a long time but LowenZ created a solution, a simple yet highly effective one; I've been using it for a long time now :) [thumb]http://imageshack.us/a/img843/8407/sslowenz100512114829zat.jpg[/thumb] Ill post the fix soon, it's 1 file. Might want to add it to the mod repository or something along the lines of graphic overhauls / fixes or something.

I'm two hours into Misery, and already have 150K+ in roubles. I haven't even needed to upgrade my equipment yet.
Are you using an unofficial patch
No, I'm using the official patch. I essentially just run the hit mission first, then the wheel artifact after I buy vodka, followed by the warehouse raid, and the bloodsucker hunt. By the end of it I hit one fifty thousand.
You can spend 150k quite fast in misery.
I'd buy an Exoskeleton with it, but I'm not specced for heavy suits. Also, which mods are in Doom's CoP merge mod?
I found Yashka Sheriffs long lost duty brother
