Hello! STALKER pants are back in stock in the stalkan store for 40% off - 150 bucks. It's a lot of money, but I'm horribly tempted. Especially since I need a new pair of trousers anyway, and the appropriateness of going to the Zone for real and wearing these is overpowering.

Im going to try the Missouri unofficial patch to see how much easier it makes the game. There are some things I agree upon changing. Stuff like the disparity between your resistance and the AI's, I like my guns doing the same damage as everyone elses. More rounds per box of ammo? Eh, I honestly am fine with the ammo shortages I get right now, because it makes you shoot smarter, but tbh 15 of probably one of the most mass produced rounds ever (ammo for my mosin) shouldn't be as expensive as they are. Getting 30 for the same price does make sense. Now the base weapon prices being 1/3 of what they are right now seems a little much. I would prefer something like 1/2 or, no change at all..

[editline]15th August 2013[/editline] Anyways, yesterday I came back from work and decided to smoke a little bit of the old marijuana. After a few hits and a little of Europa Universalis, I decided to test myself and watch [I]Stalker[/I]. And I shat bricks. Before all of this - I loved it. I loved every single moment of it. So, first of all, the slowly moving cameras in defunct, grim locations made me feel very uncomfortable and tense. It's as if I'd expect a bloodsucker to grab me and fuck my shit up. The apartment of the protagonist in the first scenes scared the shit out of me, and the bar was just unnerving. Secondly, I think it was due to the drugs, but I just couldn't understand shit. The way it was filmed alongside the weed made the scenery twist and turn, which made it hard to follow the action and dialogues. And the conversations while fucking awesome were so long and complex my druggie brain did not understand anything. I think I'll continue watching it tomorrow evening after the same ritual, but yeah - the movie is intense.

Back to stalker, does the new misery 2.0.1 patch officially fix the weapon upgrades?

The story is somewhat confusing and badly told. Sometimes it feels like some parts of the game were missing that could have extended the story a bit. Nevertheless the lore is really great and so is the atmosphere.

Run to some landmark where I need to do a mission, look for loot, or some other shit. Very quick scope out just to see what's up. Go the fuck in carefully, start clearing it out, if I hear something approaching I'm likely already looking in its direction. 2. Run into some place, shoot, expect to be flanked a shit ton. With the second, you know you're gonna run into something behind you, so it's kind of like a constant sense of vigilance and paranoia.

SGM's Red Forest is a death trap. You walk in one wrong spot suddenly your brain is mush.
