Some mods tend to get big yeah. I read that AMK2 was around the 10/15gb as well
fuck dynamic anomalies
Here, use this
also my console in SoC is fucked up whenever I try to type anything, it automatically gets removed. It's like backspace is permanently held down in the console
also my console in SoC is fucked up whenever I try to type anything, it automatically gets removed. It's like backspace is permanently held down in the console
That's not 'fucked up', that's what we call dynamic shaders / scripts. The console keeps updating in real time, so everything you type 'disappears' because of the constant update. Pause the game, then type something :) [editline]5th September 2013[/editline] Sp with the 'pause' button, or main menu. I always use 'pause'
are there any useful commands in the console? all I use it the r_ lines for tuning off bloom and the free camera.
are there any useful commands in the console? all I use it the r_ lines for tuning off bloom and the free camera.
vid_mode; Sets the video mode. Only native resolutions in full-screen mode. If you apply windowed mode, you can play up to 4k on any window res (I've played at 2560x1200 on my 1680x1050 monitors) So, go into the mainmenu, untick full screen, pick a res and go back into the game again. After this, open up the console, type in the preferred res, press ok (this is typed like this "vid_mode 1920x1080") vid_restart; upon changing the above, you must restart the render and it will apply the saves res settings. This can also be used if you get screen tearing or level glitching, where you see like yellow lines appear on the screen, or black textures etc. (often the textures which are missing are purple, so you know) Just type it and hit enter. You screen will go black and after this it will be using the res you just typed in :) Also, having a good understanding of the r1 and r2 values can make for really, really nice looking screenshots: [t]http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/366/365208/ss_kevin_08-31-13_16-39-14_testers_mp_atp.jpg[/t][t]http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/366/365208/ss_kevin_07-20-13_18-45-35_zaton.jpg[/t] [t]http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/366/365208/ss_kevin_05-26-13_00-48-13_zaton.jpg[/t][t]http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/366/365208/ss_kevin_05-26-13_00-31-02_zaton.jpg[/t] [t]http://media.moddb.com/images/mods/1/20/19369/ss_kevin_04-24-13_17-24-32_l01_escape.jpg[/t][t]http://media.moddb.com/images/mods/1/20/19369/ss_kevin_04-24-13_17-24-19_l01_escape.jpg[/t]
They're surprisingly accurate in combat though.
Ridiculous accuracy, they might shoot pretty accurate but their actual behaviour is just pathethic. Sometimes they just walk at you in a group, bunched up together, only staring at you.
Quick question, what would I modify to slow down hunger a bit in CoP SGM 2.2? I got a submod that makes the game harder, but I have to eat food a little too often so I want to tone it down.
[t]http://media.moddb.com/images/members/1/366/365208/ss_kevin_07-20-13_18-45-35_zaton.jpg[/t]
Uhm.... uhhh... Words escape me here.
Never ever understood the concept of any special sights on a shotgun ever.

Will tone it down by 10. You can also divide the number into 2, so if it's like 0.000015 you could do 0.0000075
Never ever understood the concept of any special sights on a shotgun ever.
i agree but the right sights make it look nice.
Uhm.... uhhh... Words escape me here.

Never ever understood the concept of any special sights on a shotgun ever.
Explain? [editline]5th September 2013[/editline] Also, the screen's about the lighting effects, not so much what is used within them
It's not a mod anymore and they've got to live up to the standards of GSC for them to release LA as a stand-alone game. You know, the gimmicky tooltips everywhere, often unsteady progressional AI system, faulty economy etc. It all has to be in there for it to be part of the STALKER franchise and the necessary bugs ofc. just for nostalgic reasons :v:
My thoughts exactly. And what's worse is that they have come out and admitted as much. It's just not the same project it was a couple of years ago.
Gamedata\configs\creatures\actor.ltx Search for satiety and put a 0 in front of the comma. Will tone it down by 10. I want to eat maybe 2-3 times a day, but not constant eating like it is now every couple hours.
Explain? [editline]5th September 2013[/editline] Also, the screen's about the lighting effects, not so much what is used within them
I guess so, but it does distract from it a bit.
Thanks, the submod made it 0.000075 . The mod raised it with 4 times so easing it up will prove useful, dying of hunger in combat is a really annoying thing for anyone to happen :v: [editline]5th September 2013[/editline]
I guess so, but it does distract from it a bit.
I still don't get why it's so bad to have a preferred optic on a shotgun. Could just be me though. Serves the same purpose as the irons, look, point, shoot. Some allow for a small degree of magnification so that could come in handy as well.
Never ever understood the concept of any special sights on a shotgun ever.
Quicker target acquisition and because in real life shotguns have longer range than your arm. That Zeiss Z Point is sexy. If that mod has an MP7 then it better have the ability to mount that on it.
SGM CoP throws me for a loop. I do not like finding bandits with more MP7's than any other kind of gun.
I'm trying to place the Artifact Detector on the cooling tower in Jupiter, but i can't find where to place it! Help?
I'm trying to place the Artifact Detector on the cooling tower in Jupiter, but i can't find where to place it! Help?
It should automatically open when you stand next to the anomaly and bring out the detector. You do have the experimental one from the scientists, right?
best weapon in the game
How long is two thirds?
Two-thirds of the Zone's total radius is the swing arc of the sausage, which grows in size to compensate for the length of the swing.
It should automatically open when you stand next to the anomaly and bring out the detector. You do have the experimental one from the scientists, right?
No, I JUST turned the Veles' in a little bit ago. I was trying to get a few of these done before I go to Pripyat for the first time (omg I am SO excited). Anything i should know before I head that way? I got four dudes goin, me included.
