;42537222']smoke weed out of a gasmask? what is he, an anarchist?
Nah, GP-25 is a grenade launcher attachment for AK type rifles
Can I substitute the clamp with something else? Gloves should be no problem. What's an AC, and whatcha mean by dangerous chemicals?
Activated Charcoal (or activiated carbon), it was one of most abundant forms of filtration (and poison removal) it also is easily created but if anything i'd pastebin the creation of it since it is tedious. i was just wondering about if you've used it with working on stuff like paint thinner or industrial pesticide. since it gets stuck in the filter. pliers or a rubber mallet does well since you just need to make sure it is well sealed. With percautions you'll need a basic dust mask because the carbon/charcoal is problematic if inhaled since it's like smoking 20 packs of cigarettes at once. also most filters will still be able to work for years if it's not in a bad environment so if you want instead to freshen the air brought in what my friend found out is that a crushed smartie or calcium carbonate added between the filter connection point really freshens it up. [editline]15th October 2013[/editline]
My brother stole my GP-25 to smoke weed out of it. :(
that must be a real feat to do with a 40mm nade launcher.
Nah, GP-25 is a grenade launcher attachment for AK type rifles
Oh shit I meant GP-5, but seeing someone smoke out of a GP-25 would be quite interesting. Now guys I really need help with this OGSE problem, TFW is crashing on me and I don't have any other mods to play other than OGSE.

A friend got it from the ex-KGB (now police) station in Nalchik, where it's been sitting in its bag in a basement for god knows how long. I haven't used it since I first got it, and I ended up getting a really itchy throat for the few days afterwards, so I avoided it since. That's what basically has me cautious to even use the filter, let alone keep it without it being gutted.

You get this error when you combine different version DLL's with eachother without care. And it's 'xrCore.DLL' this time
Patched? Seems like XR_3DA is bugged. You get this error when you combine different version DLL's with eachother without care. And it's 'xrCore.DLL' this time
Never modified the DLL's though. This is a fresh Steam install with the standard OGSE install. By patched do you mean there's a patch for the mod? Because atm I can't find one.

I believe both 3.7 and 3.8 have patches, so take a pole around in the GSC forums.

I'd actually rather have a new filter now that I realize trying to do this shit myself isn't worth the time.
Maybe steam patch the game up to 10006 while ogse require 10005 try to check that
What this guy said. IIRC OGSE has modified DLL's and if your version is 1.0006 you just cant use 1.0005 dll's. Hence why this error occurs
Holy shit son I know, late to the party but hot damn!

It actually looks pretty damn close to the real Zone as well. Someone please teach me how to import STALKER models to CryEngine :( EDIT: Tags not working with shortened youtube links and I can't find a long one...
Apparently, the video does not exist

i think it's the russian wizard pc not handling fraps very well, but yeah that is a shame
i think it's the russian wizard pc not handling fraps very well, but yeah that is a shame
Bandicam all the way. I can just ask it to record in 720 or 1080 without having to change my game res or edit it that way. Unless fraps has changed, oh and it takes up less HDD space.

Even so, not bad considering you still have to make the actual levels yourself using the assets
-snip- nevermind, did it meself
I hate to be "that guy" but I'm thinking of playing SoC and don't know which mods to install. My eyes just glaze over when I start to read mod lists. I've played and finished it only once, way back in 2008, on a budget PC on low settings. I've now got an AMD 7950, so I reckon I can afford to pimp the graphics a bit. So... from the OP, is the Facepunch Starter Pack sufficient? Is there a particular graphics mod I should try? Should I be looking for mods that add particular "features" or are those all shit?
