Even so. In the 5 years of rolling smokes and other various activities on occasion. I, nor anyone else who I know ever rolled like that. :v: Just saying as far as I'm aware. It doesn't work that way. Maybe it's just me being picky sod. :v:
I knew this black kid who could roll with just his mouth. Many ways to Rome my friend.. many ways.
I knew this black kid who could roll with just his mouth. Many ways to Rome my friend.. many ways.
I meant in the sense of how it was rolled. Not what is used to roll. But yes you are correct. It's just me being finicky and short sighted. :v:
I actually am here to discuss anything with anyone, but whenever I notice I'm getting pointless non-arguments from (I won't call names but you know who you are) users who're only bitching about the visual fidelity and art direction of the mod, not the core mechanics, I'll just choose not to waste any time on that. Visuals can be changed, that's fairly easy, but I would understand trying to change or improve upon our scripts would be very, very demanding work. That's why I redirect reasonable arguments against some stuff in the mod to the team, once in a while. [editline]9th December 2013[/editline] Going on about this; I've already read what the general feel towards MISERY is on this forum. Hence why I dropped ever trying to discuss it in the first place. I know only a slight percentage of you guys like it, so why bother you with our updates / achievements or whatever. For example, we've (recently) done a lot behind the scenes for 2.1, with the honest intent of fixing all the shit and giving the community the real MISERY, working on it in various departments, but whenever we conquer a matter that would (from multiple perspectives) help the overall S.T.A.L.K.E.R-modding community here on FP, I ask myself: "Why even share it, if they don't care? It's not like they think we're worth the shot anyway". Bottom line, this community 'killed' it for me so I focussed on other sites. I'm merely here for the russian wizardry, mod suggestions, basic help and trying to help that 4% slice that does like MISERY :v: It's always handy having a dev on the forums for the people who need me. [editline]9th December 2013[/editline] I don't get what you're on about, especially after the reply below.
How brown on the spectrum of brown will Misery brown.1 be? Will there be any new features of brown?
http://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=community&s=forums&s_game_type=xr&thm_page=1&thm_id=20906&sec_id=17&offset=-60 does anyone know where to get a full mirror of this/something like this? (english)
How brown on the spectrum of brown will Misery brown.1 be? Will there be any new features of brown?
The answer to that is in the quote. If you're not capable of finding it, allow me to assist you;
... I'm merely here for ... and trying to help that 4% slice that does like MISERY ...
Also, visit Moddb or the site for more info. You could've done that, instead of post here.
I think that I'll go with a clean install of Call of Pripyat and install Misery 2.0 on it.
I think that I'll go with a clean install of Call of Pripyat and install Misery 2.0 on it.
New players to MISERY are recommended to wait till 2.1. Shouldn't be less than a week or 2 away
oshi- [t]http://puu.sh/5IsaM.png[/t]
Can't wait to see what jumping into a whirlygig looks like through a set of those.
a real life burner anomaly!
All this focus on realism and detail. Man, can't someone just come out with a mod that makes everything super low-poly models with cartoonish textures? Maybe then I'd hit 30fps and be able to shoot people properly.
I agree, I need this desperately.
I decided to take a look at the reviews for SoC on the Steam gamehub. A lot of the tops ones suggest Complete mod. :suicide:
I decided to take a look at the reviews for SoC on the Steam gamehub. A lot of the tops ones suggest Complete mod. :suicide:
The question is, are they recent? I have to admit, before Complete, there wasn't really anything that struck my eye. Sure, the russian community did have some awesome works (be it released or in the make) but for an English community member like myself at the time, who would've thought they had? I mean, complete has everything :v: The pretty 'best visuals ever' package with a golden lint wrapped around it, while in truth, it's a mik-mack of other people's work with a new name to it. It would in theory be the same as something like xXx_3Lite3mod2013_xXx or something. Pretty graphics, very unchallenging gameplay and a general appeal to the run and gun nuts concludes in those reviews. I mean, claim to have the best combat out there and you'll get the most honest reviews a mod could get. (cough MISERY reviews cough)
Steam reviews seem to be a new feature unless it reads recommendations as well. The top review on the hub is from last month and it suggests Complete or LURK to fix issues.

i think it uses the old recommendations too
Shoker update! [editline]11th December 2013[/editline] I think the slomo should come into motion by a near death experience. Like, an artificial adrenaline rush you get where you're able to save yourself or something. But this ofcourse with the option to do so, not forced. So, below 10% health you're able to use slowmo or something :v:
I really wish TFW wasn't so crashy or that there was a mod like Doom's Free LURK with the CS swamps in as a level. The CS swamps are amazing.
I find this TFW crash thing funny, it has to be the most stable mod I have played.
I find this TFW crash thing funny, it has to be the most stable mod I have played.
It's stable for me for a little while but it just loves to crash at Garbage to the point where I need to make a new game or I need to reload like 20 times.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/sinsNFf.jpg[/t] this happens often
i think it uses the old recommendations too
Yeah, but they're listed as friends-only by default.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/sinsNFf.jpg[/t] this happens often
The fix for it is pretty easy
1 leecher whyyyyyy [editline]11th December 2013[/editline] is there not a reupload of this anywhere? omg
A new Redux Dev Log finally, just a small one to start things off again.
The fix for it is pretty easy
well i dont want to fix it i think it's fucking hilarious!
A new Redux Dev Log finally, just a small one to start things off again.
Might just be the fact that it's only 40 mins old, but that post isn't on the RSS. Thought it might just be me but looking at the RSS itself shows it's not there.

Redux update? Nice. Looking good. Also, MISERY Update coming through! High quality FP models! [t]http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/6820/fdu1.png[/t]
