I have CoP on my PC with some mods and left it for a couple of months. I want to install some new mods but I forgot what mods I already installed.

Fuck yeah, it works and it also comes with an optional replacement toz-34 which looks a lot better than the original OWR one

So, I started playing OGSE again and I noticed a message pop up on the dynamic news saying "Helicopters heading North, get in cover" or something like that. Should I be worried?
I feel like there should be a lot more light in that scene. There is absolutely no sunlight there at all.
But the sky looks really pretty.

SkyLoader wasn't originally parts of the X-Ray Extensions team as far as I know, he had a seperate project called Cut X-Ray which was something else, mostly focused on fixing some crashes and added some extra features. X-Ray Extensions was KDementev and some other Russians folks.

Rumor is Skyloader left Dez0wave some time ago and they didn't say anything about it. Apparently Dez0wave doesn't have a coder (ASM/C++) anymore since Loxotron and Skyloader are gone. I don't think LA could have been completed even if they wanted to go on. At least, so sayeth the Russians.

6:22 and further. It seems like they don't have many spawns, more like a transition location at this moment, but the modding potential is there. I especially love the way lots of streets are covered with dirt and grass, instead of having that clean asphalt on them.

Even thought i didn't understand russian language, it's was pretty cool to watch the whole thing
New version of Clear Skies is nice, but i'm still really annoyed they haven't implemented a mod to fix the hideously schizophrenic nature of the faction war tasks, especially in the swamp.
Does anyone know a thing or two about actor.ltx modding? (clear sky)
Basically I want to be able to run (and jump) really fast but without things such as: running into the ground and stopping for some reason, stopping if hit by a bullet, stopping after a jump, all those annoying stumbles.

Skyloader left Dezowave just recently. He said though, that his work "was pretty much done", but as far as I've seen, he refused to tell what he meant by it. Either there isn't much more he could've done or the mod was completed coding-wise for some time now.

why is every mod ive tried (to install) a zip file full of game files all in the main zip package, theres even duplicate files (as in they have the same file name)
am i expected to extract each individual file in the correct folder
or am i missing some important info here

No, just plop the "gamedata" folder into the main folder of the game and modify your fsgame.ltx to read "$game_data$ = true| true|" .

If there isn't a "gamedata" folder all of the other files are under, chances are you've downloaded some small mods that are just intended to replace small bits of the game or function as addons to other mods.

If a mod has files that are "duplicates" of the Vanilla files, it's more than likely that they're either modified or the modder just unpacked the database they were in, and decided to leave the unpacked vanilla files into the mod.

Are you sure that you downloaded the full mod installer and not just a patch / tweak ?
Because Misery should come with an installer that you launch from an executable file.
