My first playthrough of CoP was back in the Russian-version-machine-translation days, and I've never played with english audio, ever.

i dont know what just happened, but after helping out morgan and leaving the ranger station, i encountered 4 pseudo dogs after dealing with them, something much more horrifying happened atleast 20-25 blind dogs run up the hill while i was looting a few stalker corpses it was a tidal wave of dogs i didnt survive

The stalker population seems pretty low in Misery so far. In Zaton I think I saw maybe one squad in the whole area aside from a few scattered enemy mercs. So far the next area has more moving around from what I can see, luckily.

So far the next area has more moving around from what I can see, luckily.[/QUOTE] that's weird, over at Jupiter, there's constantly fights between Duty and Freedom near the Scientist's Bunker, and random bandits everywhere. back at Zaton, there's mercs everywhere for me, and usually three to four groups of loners walking around in different areas at a time. i'm on the 2.1 patch btw.

Maybe it doesn't unlock till you "finish" the area? Zaton was pretty stuttery too considering there were barely any stalkers. :v: I'm playing with the Les Miserables submod, but I don't think that messes with spawns.
