I assume V+ won't be using the vanilla pistols with their (mostly) horrible ironsights, but even then I think attachments would go away to making pistols a bit more interesting.

And that's worrying.

Speaking of Lost Alpha, what's the thread's spoiler policy gonna be like ? Because for intents and purposes, Lost Alpha is going to be a stand-alone game that has a high emphasis on exploration and discovering secrets but on the other hand, people have varying degrees of thoughts as to what constitutes as spoilers. Personally I'll be going dark when it releases, but people who'll still be visiting the thread probably would be interested in what the general conduct for screenshots, plot reveals and talking about secret places is going to be like.

Spoiler tag the important bits, copy paste after everyone asks the same damn question for 200 pages.

So this is what it's like to be excited for a new STALKER game I played the series after all of them came out so the only hype for me was the videos that got my interest
