Why would they wait for moddb to release the file to release the torrent instead of just releasing the torrent and moddb could take as long as they want.

Can't get that image from my head, I always imagine ModDB moderating the files as some fat lone creep in some distant part of the world on dial-up connection manually downloading the files and checking them with some very slow anti-virus soft and then approving the shit.

The only thing I'm worried about is that some of the mod might be *too* vanilla, like old weapon models and animations. While authentic, it'd be hard to go back to after most mods feature much smoother and better weapons, items, UI, etc.
