I think Clear Sky is worth playing just because its environments are the second best in the series (The first best, I have to say, goes to Lost Alpha)

Actually, I might as well as boil the faction locations down: [sp] Cordon: Loners, Army Garbage: Loners, Duty, Bandit detachment Agroprom: Contested by Army and Loners. Bandits? Constr. Site: Mercs, primarily Rostok: Duty, later on Loners w/ Military outpost Dark Valley: Bandits and Monolith Darkscape: Sin and Mercs, Military patrols Forest: Uncontested. Bandit outpost? GMF: Duty, 100 Rads, Bandits Yantar: Ecologists w/ army, loners, bandits Dead City: lots of Mercs Swamp: ??? Army Warehouses: Mercs, mostly, I think. Countryside: ??? To my surprise, it was actually easier than in R.M.A., due to the fact that [sp]the BTR-80 doesn't shoot at you, unlike it does in RMA and there are wayyy less RPG dudes[/sp]. For some weird reason the game [sp]wanted me to go the "railroad tunnel" in the middle of the map and didn't let me finish the map normally until I had gone right next to it to trigger it[/sp] but it worked out okay in the end and I got a sweet ride out of that deal. You can use it to hitch a ride to the railway tunnel. The thing about Lost Alpha is that it doesn't do what all the retelling mods did in SoC. It's strange, really, after redoing it a dozen times instinct always tells you to head to Sid.

So I killed like 30 soldiers, and they STILL keep coming from the flanks and the main entrance of the base, and there's this fucking thing, I dunno what, that makes my screen red and whispers creepy shit into my ears. This ain't normal, I'm out of my comfort zone Now I'm hearing music and voices coming from the base's intercoms rather than the alarm, what the fuck this is weird

The quest mark bugged out with the "Find a way out of the underground", I obviously already got out but it still didn't complete.

If you leave another way it won't count.

Anyone have any idea why they didn't just leave X-14 in the same map as Rostok Factory? It's so very small and isn't script heavy so why didn't they just have it in the same map like with Agroprom Underground?

A lot of LA's maps are at the point where they can hardly add a new static prop without the map compiler crashing.
