The archive for the source is password protected. I can't find the password on their site, well because I don't speak Russian. As a bonus though, it includes Shadow of Chernobyl source code.
Grf3egPYRo8 Source: http://s.gameru.net/stalker/STK-HLAM/stk-src-tags.txt
Lol. I take this as one of the best compliments I can get. It's heavily modified SHOC by the way!
If you have a job, you should stop it and work only on this and Photo Realistic Zone 2/3.

Fucking hell, I really did not know that the bloodsuckers in red forest in CS are not only not scripted spawns, but once they see you they can chase you through the entirety of the red forest without loosing you, assuming you don't run into an anomaly or other mutants and die. They stop as soon as you enter the gates to forester's camp though.
The install instructions say to downgrade to 1.0004? All of my what...if this is true, I'm going to be pretty unhappy. EDIT: SHIT, it worked, thanks yo.
wtf why do they say downgrade when it breaks the game to do that. [editline]9th August 2014[/editline] so if I already downgraded, how do I get it back to 1.0006?
The way health works in STALKER games and how you can bleed out and bandages stop it, for some reason I've always imagined the health meter was actually your blood level and medkits contain bottles of blood that marked one just pops out and drinks to fill it back up

Oh, apparently the issues I had with the Clear Sky squad not actually taking over outposts had to do with a mod bug, but now I have to start over ;-;
I can't wait to see what people do with the CS source code :v:
Has anybody made an english translation of STCoP weapon pack? https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=ru&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amk-team.ru%2Fforum%2Findex.php%3Fshowtopic%3D12784&edit-text=&act=url EDIT: Shit, it already does work, just some of the weapon descriptions are messed up. Good enough for me.
Is there any way to edit the radiation in Misery, so I can completely ignore radiation? I just started, went to the boat to get the 'strange artifact'. Got radiation, took the pills to reduce it. Still had radiation. Killed the bandits that wanted the artifact, went to Skadovsk, to the medic. Died right in front of the medic. Why are mods so great, yet so fucking stupid? Also playing as an Assault. I shot the bandit that was right in front of the exit door in the head, TWICE, and he did not die. Is Misery just a shit mod or?
I can't wait to see what people do with the CS source code :v:
im pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff, but what can be done with access to the source code that people cant do now?
A lot. It opens new possibilities for scripting, optimization, rendering, all types of things.

Off Topic, but the amount of 'want' I have looking at Metro: Redux is enormous. Damn.
I preordered it. I already had 2033, and I had played through Last Light at a friends house, and when I was looking to buy it for myself I saw the Redux bundle and just got that. Also, I have a question for Beacon. Why did you guys decide to relabel Redux? was it because of Metro:Redux, or are you being a wizard and bringing us the rebirth of Way of the Wolf?
Damn, the STCoP weapons pack has some nice models [t]http://4put.ru/pictures/max/904/2778277.jpg[/t] [t]http://4put.ru/pictures/max/904/2778309.jpg[/t]

Plop the wheel in the container as soon as you get it, maybe popping a radioprotectant dose (also bought from Beard) before you go to the barge would be good too since it heavily irradiated inside.

It's the start of the bloody game. If I cannot even roam the beginning of the game without some ease, then where the hell is the fun in that? I would understand the difficulty in Mutants, and AI, but Radiation killing me with no way to counter act it? That's bullshit. Also I'm fairly sure there is something I can edit in the configs to turn down radiation, or turn up radiation acceptance levels.

It makes sense that in order to not become irradiated in a radioactive zone you will need at least some protection. Hell, some radioprotectants and a cloth mask will probably be enough. You can roam fairly easily if you get some basic equipment, but expect bandits and mutants to be roaming as well, and basic equipment wont save you from being in the middle of a powerful anomalous area. Also artifacts emit radiation, so stuffing one in your backpack and letting it sit will irradiate you. If you need some dosh you can go out and shoot some mutants for meat, skins, and mutant parts. If you buy a stove you can then cook the meat, which increases its value a lot. You need to buy fuel, but selling the cooked meat will cover the cost of the fuel and the ammunition you used to shoot the mutants, with a some profit to spare. You can also save some food for yourself so you dont need to buy anything but vodka. Flesh meat is pretty common, it sells for a lot compared to other common meats, and its pretty filling. The flesh is also one of the easiest mutants to kill. Hell, a sunrise suit and the first gasmask is enough to get through the plateau if you are quick and have mostly full health, and its full of fire anomalies which are a bitch to work around.
Are there any merge mods for misery with any decent weapon packs yet (like OWR/Shoker/STCoP/whatever)? I do want to try it again but the vanilla animations put me off, especially with some of the new weapons in it that have ridiculously bad anims.
this cover is absolutely campy and ridiculous and i love it give me all of your russian pulp fiction right now
I'd really like to see some really deep underground labs that you could get lost in in Call of Chernobyl. Maybe also flashlight batteries, though they don't have to die as quickly as some mods. I still remember playing Lost World Origin before LA's release and I came to an underground lab, and the few working lights were destructible and it was filled with what seemed like hundreds of slow zombies and other mutants. I remember it quite vividly because i was not prepared at all - I didn't have a ton of ammo when i got pretty deep (it seemed to go a ton of stories down) so I decided to use a grenade in one of those rooms filled with zombies which ended up blowing up the lights, so I had to wander around in the dark with only a flashlight with one battery left. Once i found the documents I had to scramble to find the right way to get back up with my increasingly dim flashlight and it made running into enemies even more scary. Eventually i stumbled upon the final staircase out after my flashlight died which took a lot of luck and as i left I realized just how tense and terrifying that entire segment had been and it was all thanks to what basically boils down to a maze mixed with a time limit. I mean i bought 150 batteries after that but having at least one or two places like that as a sort of high-tier late-game, "make sure you're prepared as fuck" situation could make for some really amazingly atmospheric moments. TL;DR I want to see optional flashlight battery mechanics and at least some labyrinthian underground levels.

We're relabeling mainly because Redux 2.0 has come so far and is so utterly different to any previous Redux experience and even Redux 1.0, that it's really become a completely different mod. It makes no sense to keep it under the Redux 'brand' any more.

Where can I find Autumn Aurora 2 2.04 with patches?
