But it's worth playing through them. The feeling of overcoming and getting past the moment is great, kind of "Holy FUCK what did I just survive?" feeling. And really, the games are great overall.

The cave is actually a great addition. Those who aren't prepared for the rest of the Soup quit early on to prevent further traumatization. Survivors already prove their wit by pulling through and continue to stride in that strange world called STALKERSOUP.

this isn't even stalker anymore jesus christ like what happened to sid being a cool guy and being like "oh marked one go make some mean money and yeah i guess go do your hunting!!!" now it's like "drink this juice that teleports you to a cave you are not prepared for that pumps you full of rads, also it's mandatory to continue the plot" like you have a pistol and a raincoat in that section nothing else there's a fucking bloodsucker, multiple snorks, one of the big meaty dudes, and all sorts of rads

wait a minute i've seen that tunnel part before nope not going in there in a million years

Pick up the minigun and exoskeleton and get to firing everything into hell. I remember streaming the cave with Guile theme playing on the background. I also streamed killing everyone in the bar with a minigun while playing Guile's theme. This was after the main quest bugged and I couldn't continue so I made a suicide mission of purging the bar.

i didn't see an exoskeleton in there time to have fun

I found the map to only make it worse. I just replayed the cave until I could do it blindfolded.

FREEDOM FREEEEDOM I don't know how I did it but with a big of wizardry i managed to wiggle my way through that last part of the cave, dunno how you're meant to do it if you used your medpacks though!

everyone likes to recommend the Soup but really it's a bit shit in terms of actual fun mods to play LURK is good, go for it.

Soup is pretty fun but don't expect it to be anything like other mods In that way it's a bit like Spartan 11:11 except more crazy

i know this is late but but when Rattsplat posted the arma horizon mod, i remembered my friend was working with a team on the arma 2 exclusion zone sandbox [url]https://www.facebook.com/ArmaStalkerMod?fref=pb&hc_location=profile_browser[/url]

So I got SoC after having played through CoP once or twice (using MISERY the second time) and I was wondering if there are any mods which would help me get into SoC. I got it last year but was never able to get into it. I've heard of various mods such as Oblivion Lost but I'm looking for something which is the equivalent of MISERY - both enhancing both graphics and gameplay. Any recommendations? I've not read through this thread so excuse me if someone's asked the same question recently.
