i'll buy it just because i am too lazy to swap between my hd collection and mgs4 disks
i'm sure they're still gonna be on separate discs. mgs4 i'm pretty sure takes up an entire bd-50.
I just replayed MGS3 after finally getting the HD Collection, and I accidentally stumbled upon a very strange undocumented feature. It turns out that, if you get hurt, you should actually only partially cure your wounds, like if you got a gunshot wound, just dig out the bullet with the knife and nothing more. If you do this, the rest of the wound will regenerate within about a second of leaving the pause menu, but oh, that's not even the best part. Your health bar increases from it. By the end of my playthrough my health bar was as long as my stamina bar when normally it's less than half. You actually become stronger from not treating your wounds. Big Boss is litterally a Saiyan.

I thought that was the point of the wound recovery system. By the end of the game, my healthbar went up on its own to max health level.

This encourages straight up combat way harder than that did.
You don't need the health bar if you don't get seen.
The Fury.
The Fury.
The Fury can't see you when you're invisible
i thought that the health bar increased just throughout the game... but it actually increases itself the more your own wounds heal themselves? and i'm kinda surprised people are just now thinking about this.... it's basically what i did because at some point during my first playthrough i ran out of sutures cause i was getting shot a lot. i decided to just use first aid that is unlimited like the knife. pretty much every playthrough since that point in my first playthrough i've hardly used first aid unless half my healthbar is red or something. now that i think about it though i guess a good mechanic would be the more you get damaged the more damage you can take.
playing through MGS3 again just realized you can use rainbow camo and shit jesus christ oh my god
I had a dream that last night that Raiden and Sam were walking together and were heading to the roof of World Marshal were you fought Sundowner/Armstrong. Armstrong rips his shirt of and his skin turns black from the nanomachines. Then his hand starts melting and forming into different shapes. His hand finally forms into a giant peace symbol and starts glowing bright green. Then he rips it off of his hand and absorbs it into his chest. Then he has what appears to be an orgasm, then cyborgs start appearing out of thin air. What the shit is going on in my dreams?

I just beat MGS. I enjoyed it but I am sad that I had to submit like a bitch during he torture part at the 4th time. You must be a cyborg to tap O fast enough
playing through MGS3 again just realized you can use rainbow camo and shit jesus christ oh my god
grenades camo is pretty great too
grenades camo is pretty great too
jesus christ that one is even crazier it's literally just a grenade texture put on his body
Does the HD edition have those?
yeah, i think you get them automatically because there's no download shit or the demo theater and a lot of hidden shit. you just scroll left or right on the uniform section and you get them. didn't know about it until my second playthrough.
What the fuck, so I decided to try and catch the Tsuchinoko in MGS3 in the area you fight 'The Fear' and somehow I got it from my second mouse trap. How in the hell did I manage that so fast?

Plisken? Snake? Who came up with this shit [editline]26th April 2013[/editline] What's next, giant robots buried beneath the sea? Ha.

At last, Bladewolf DLC news. http://www.destructoid.com/metal-gear-rising-s-blade-wolf-dlc-drops-in-may-252511.phtml
Cool, we get to see more of Mistral.

It looks like we'll finally be getting a new boss fight in the Bladewolf DLC.
The secret is to position your thumb halfway on the final digit of your index finger and flick your arm really fast while devoting all of it to the O button.
So basically do what this guy does.
So this is my idea for Metal Gear Rising 2: They should advertise it in exactly the way you'd expect. Lots of pictures and trailers featuring Raiden kicking ass, etc. But then, about 30 minutes into the actual game, Raiden goes mysteriously missing, and you switch over to Sam so you play as him for the rest of the game. Also, every time you want to save, Bladewolf calls you and asks if you remember what day it is tomorrow.
Hey if anyone ever wants to co-op with me in Peace Walker, my PSN ID is spiderguy1337.
honestly i think it's a bit funny in that trying to unbitch raiden they created a character that's like him but 1000x better (sam) imo they didn't do much to unbitch raiden. he's still ridden with angst which is the reason why he's annoying. i mean i've always liked him as a character, i'm not on the anti raiden wagon. just he could be annoying and still kind of is but in a way it was always justified to me because of his past, which i think we need to see more of. there's no way you're going to get rid of all the femininity and neurosis raiden has without remaking his character into someone completely different.
