Also you might get some tough guys who won't give up the goods immediately when you hold them up, if that happens shoot them in the leg or arm and then they should be a little more compliant.

I think my favorite part of holding people up is when you get those guys and you take your aim off them just long enough, they get a glint in their eyes and snatch their gun up to shoot you, it's just so funny looking.

I would not have the biggest problem with that, because that's the console I'd want it on anyway. But a PC version would be great as well.

Hey guys, recently got a PS3 and have just realized I'll finally be able to play Metal Gear Solid (I know it's partially on 360 too but most of my life I've only known it as a PS exclusive so it's kinda burned into my brain :v:) and was wondering if I should wait for the Legacy thing or just get the HD collection. Are there any differences other than a few games?

I wonder if you'll be able to get the same trophies twice if you get the Legacy Edition. It seems they are on different discs, so they must be different versions in some way.

Anyone know if the legacy collection will be out in Europe? I would be so sad if I can't get it.

Are there any differences other than a few games?[/QUOTE] Like what they say, get Legacy instead. You get MG1 and MG2(from MGS3HD), MGS1, 2 HD, 3 HD, 4, and Peace Walker HD. Then you could play all of them, and if you want, start at MG1 or 2. You also get an art book, and the VR missions as well. And you can't really get it on 360, because MGS1 has never been on XBLA and MGS4 will take at least 7 discs to be on the 360(and porting it will be a nightmare).

Madnar is the guy that looks like Einstein, this guy looks like Marv although he may be a bit too old unless we see another retcon. So Kojima said that MGSV might be too controversial to sell a while back. Do you think he meant that child soldiers may be enemies that you could possibly kill? I think it would fit the theme and be really controversial. Maybe Chico dies in the first bit of ground zeroes and that's why in one of the trailers BB is just kinda zoning out while Kaz is trying to talk to him in the helicopter.

I just finished MGS2 for the first time, awesome game though I knew it was awesome but actually completing it.

The only things I didn't like about MGS2 were running back to the stockroom and that part in the tanker when Snake gets discovered and has to fight his way through the soldiers

The one part I really didn't like about MGS2 was the whole thing with Otacon's sister. It was just so goddamn pointless and it had the worst gameplay in the whole game. An escort mission, a fucking atrocious swimming section and a boring sniper protection mission. She didn't even contribute anything to the story other than making Otacon cry. She's introduced because she can upload that virus or something, we get her to the place where she would do that, she tries doing it, fails and then dies and we're back to the exact same place we were before we even learned about her.

The swimming part is actually really easy, and I don't mind having to hold her hand through the stealth bit, because there aren't a lot of guards, even on hard mode. What kills me with the EE escort is the fucking sniper support. Fuck that part, especially when you're going for non-lethal only.

But this could be false.
