Couple what we know with that image from Hideo's twitter where he's editing the lighting on a level that is clearly in the jail cell area in GZ it could be safe to assume E3 will have an extended trailer and maybe even gameplay.

I'd hope he would bring it to the next gen though, he said Fox was made in preparation for the next gen so there ought to be something on Fox that would be on the next gen.

An actual ingame appearance is another, it'd just odd to not have it be Psycho Mantis.

Depends how far Kojima will retcon Mantis' history.
