either way, i don't think such early info is trustworthy, what with kojima's history of intentionally misleading people, and i still think a little solid is going to make an appearance in the game. there's no way kojima wouldn't do that, it's the perfect opportunity and the biggest fan service ever. it would also go a little further to explain the voice change. not because hayter would voice little solid, but just because having the two characters on screen at the same time might be a bit weird when big boss sounds like adult solid. he would want to emphasise the difference between the characters, and big boss speaking like solid next to a young solid would be thematically confusing.
Or better yet. Solid Snake appears but his voice cracks and he sounds like a girl. Turns out Solid Snake was a very feminine teen and a late bloomer.
Kojima's twitter says extended trailer is only 9 minutes long.
I won't be satisfied unless Eli has Liquid's voice from MGS1 and does this:

I don't think Eli is Liquid.Liquid would be residing in the US or UK around the game's time and probably wouldn't be alone since he is a very powerful asset of Cipher and a clone.
I'd say Eli is just a new child soldier being introduced.

Back in 2010 Kojima said that if his new project (MGS V) failed he would have to leave the industry. I didn't think it would be this heavy.
