Christ, watching that in 1080p, the engine is fucking marvelous. Also I noticed that at the end it says PS4. I know it was pretty much guaranteed to be on it, but it's nice to have conformation.

So, I'm assuming that the kid that's getting the thing pulled out of him is Chico. I'm going to guess that it's a bomb too that he has in him, meaning that they want you to actually rescue him in the Ground Zeroes section.
