Just caught a tarantula. Saw that fucker staring at me on high ground when I was at the beach. So I ran up and gave him what he deserved.
I'm really sad, everywhere in town is all sold out of New Leaf. The best answer I got was that they "might" get some in on Tuesday. Here's hoping they'll actually get some and have a copy left by the time I get into town.

In other news, finally got around to tidying up my games drawer, it now looks 100% better than before. [editline]17th June 2013[/editline] Actually, if your 3DS falls into a ravine your game's lost anyway, so just get it on the eShop.

Just put my friend code on the list, I'll get to adding everyone when I get back from the store.
But the feeling of popping in the cartridge is so good!
Yep, that's why I also got the cartridge version. Cashier looked at me like I was some kind of retard. I mean come on, it's not like only ten year olds play this.

What is bamboo used for?
-snip, facepunch was being a derp, sorry for the double post-
So I have a complaint, I planted a Perfect Orange, and the next day I check it, what do I see? LOPEZ BUILT A FUCKING HOUSE NEXT TO IT, IT WON'T GROW. Also I can now build stuff, so I am making a bridge, I wish it could go near a waterfall (Not sure if it can actually) BUT ISABELLE SAYS IT IS TOO CLOSE MY HOUSE, I AM THE FUCKING MAYOR. _Edit_ Stupid Caps lock messing UP.

Is it considered cheating if I change my clock's date so I can buy fortune cookies?
yes
It's a bit frustrating to wait so long, especially at the start. I just want to play the damn game and not wait until next day. But I won't mess with the time, the sense of progression and patience required makes it far more satisfactory than anything else.
The start is really slow, but now that I'm unlocking the island tomorrow I should be able to pay off the bridge I built (Greedy villagers won't even pay a single bell out of 128,000) and I should be able to pay off bigger projects. [editline]17th June 2013[/editline] Is there a way to remove design that I've displayed on the ground? I accidentally put one on the beach and it's a bit of an eye sore.

I'm guessing you surely get a present or something.
The start is really slow
I agree, they should have changed the start a bit. When I got the game, I played during night and all I could do is talk to some villagers, get a tent and shake some trees. Then I had to wait a whole day to get the some more stuff to actually do something. Now I collected a lot of stuff but I have not progressed that much. It's just when you punch in the game cartridge, you just want to play the fuck out of the game but at the start your options are pretty much limited.
you guys are too impatient
Is it worth holding onto these lullaboids? there's like no information on the wiki about them
Is there any way whatsoever to change my villager's name?
Hi everyone. I have a few questions: Can you have multiple players in the same village (= on the same cartdrige) like before for hot seat multiplayer? What are the enhancements to the online capabilities?
Hi everyone. I have a few questions: Can you have multiple players in the same village (= on the same cartdrige) like before for hot seat multiplayer? The online is vastly improved with features such as the "Best Friend" list that allows you to Instant Message players even when they're not in your town.
So today I finally got mayor rights, got to the island, made truckloads of money, caught two whale sharks and paid of my first project (a bridge). Not a bad a bad day at all :v:
Hi everyone. I don't know how many people it allows max, but I would guess four. I might get it to throw at my little brother rather than explain to him how to play, cuz i'm sick and tired of his tent just sitting there in my town. Plus it's got an item catalog.
