This doesn't even seem to be an uncommon thing, it happens the majority of the time I try to catch fish. I must be doing something wrong or they changed something, since I've played every Animal Crossing except Wild World and I have [I]never[/I] had remotely this much difficulty in fishing.

Are you hitting A when the bobber dips a little or when it goes completely under the water [editline]17th June 2013[/editline] There is like almost a 1 second period for when it goes under water that is nigh impossible to miss
