EDIT: Speaking of which, anyone got their final house plan mapped out yet? For me, the main room will just be a general area (kitchen and sitting area), the right room will be entertainment, the left will be a library, the basement a newsroom, the attic my bedroom. I havent decided on the back room yet.

How do you get those model houses and stuff? Are they just random stocks in the nook shop?
Do villagers actually donate to projects or is it made for friends/people using the same cart?

They do occasionally donate. But not very much nor often, as far as I can tell.

They donate but not much. Overall I think they've donated about 3k for a bridge and I did the rest.
Just realized that with my Night Owl ordinance, my T & T Mart is open from 7am to 5am, it's basically 24hrs just like a real convenience store, which is cool as shit.

I like i.nintendo.net because laziness. I don't have to mess around with moving SD cards. I just go on, log into my tumblr/twitter account and choose which picture I want to upload and blam. I can then rehost it elsewhere if I want or just use the tumblr link.
