It's an item that you can take to Cyrus to put a decal on. Putting the decal is one of the few expensive changes Chrus does (1000 for a decal change, Christ)

Got a bunch of stuff done, paid off the 2nd expansion, commissioned the 3rd and finished a public works project. Fell asleep with my 3DS on the charger so I thought nothing of it, turns out my sister let the cat in my room at some point, woke up with the 3DS on the ground and the cartridge ejected. All progress of the day gone. Remember to save often folks.
Desire to redo all that shit = Zero though. I'll come back to it later, because I'm goddamn tired of farming for sharks and waiting.

That's why I always have my DS plugged in with a save every 30 minutes when I'm in bed.

I was entertaining a similar idea earlier on for my town, but I'm so far in already it would be a huge waste to start again now. I'm just gonna have to go crazy on the landscaping to get it to how I like it, I guess.

They don't appear each day. The guide says to [I]check[/I] each day, but they appear much less often than that.
