If not, that explains why I wasn't getting any after 2 hours of searching.
So, I got a Super Mushroom and ? block to spare, and a balloon clock.
Anyone want them? Like, I don't really care what I get for them. I guess I'd like Nintendo items that I don't have for the Super Mushroom and ? Block, or like a couple bells, idk. I just can't bring myself to sell items you can't buy in the catalogue in Re-Tail.

I was hunting chars on the wall-side waterfall for hours too and never found one. Finally looked it up on IGN's guide and they say you have to go to the ocean-side waterfall. After five minutes I caught a char there, so....yeah. Make of that what you will.

I don't play it [I]that[/I] much. Lately I've been anxious to try and catch my US guy up to my JP guy, but I was a fool to think I could rush AC. This game does a good job of pacing the player.
In fact I had to pull my JP guy out of like month-and-a-half-long hibernation once the US version came out. He had the bedhead hair from not playing for so long.
So Club Tortimers pretty fun. Although I was gonna go on a tour and forgot to sit in the chair so the tour started without me. Until we meet again, hide and seek partner. :(

I'm pretty sure I managed to catch one, a while back, and it wasn't at the bottom of the waterfall, it was at the top.
I dunno if that helps or not.

When I found out they could be found in waterfalls I just went to mine and caught the first fish I saw, which was a char. :U

I met a pretty cool guy with Club Tortimer yesterday. We did some tours and then he invited me over to his town. I loved his shirt, too bad the color didn't really match my beanie and shoes, but he actually recolored it for me. Got some silver tools from his town too.

Time traveling forward hardly affects anything aside from weeds and villagers moving out.

It's actually 14 days for the museum upgrade, but time traveling does affect it.
