Any suggestions how to wreck up a lot of cash fast? Just started in.

I like my town. Everything is in a nice line from the Town Center. My house, the bottom entrance to the beach, and the town entrance/ Town Hall. What I love especially is how the Town Hall is right near the entrance. The only thing that bugs me is that two characters I hate live next to the town hall, where I want to build the police station. If you go all out and tear down everything but palm trees to force mostly expensive beetles to spawn you can make several 100k per trip.
