If anybody wants another hint for catching fish, try using your index finger to press the button instead of your thumb if you hold your 3DS that way. The index finger is better at reaction time than the thumb, and it's the same logic as using your finger instead of your thumb with a stopwatch.

Club lol opened today for me. But I was out with a friend all day, I got home at 7:50, and forgot about the club until it was too late and KK was on stage. No emotes for me today.
In other news someone in my area is also playing this game, I street passed them, but their house is tiny. :v: Hopefully he'll like some of the stuff I can provide for him!

From what I've read, it's somewhere between 5-7 days after you complete the petition, although I can't confirm myself as I'm still waiting for mine :v:
The club opens after 5 days.
But really, I don't see how it takes 5 days to change the interior of one building, but only 3 days to complete a building from scratch.
It's worth it, though. The club's amazing.

It's just stylized so the L looks like a 1. It isn't called anything like Club 101 in Japanese either, so I don't think it's a case of it being renamed to, how you put it, "something stupid".
It's called Club 444 in Japan, which is closer to 101 than LOL.

1. It doesn't sound so cringeworthy.
2. It fits with it's Japanese counterpart (Club 444)
Personally I just don't get bothered by the name of it because it affects absolutely fucking nothing. I just go with what the game calls it because, well, that's what the game calls it.
It just sounds weird when Nintendo references internet slang.
That's not something they normally do.
It's a modern game aimed at a younger audience, I think it's pretty fitting. I mean, the word itself is in the dictionary now so it's not exactly an obscure reference or something like that.

It's still officially called Club LOL no matter how you think of it, which answers my question. Are people really resorting to calling it something different just because they don't like it?
