One thing that kinda annoys me about New Leaf is that the town is pretty much dead at night. At least mine is. All the stores are closed, usually by this time I've grown bored of catching things. The only villager who is walking about is Walt Jr. Which, I like Walt, he's pretty cool, prolly my second favorite character next to Biskit, but It'd be nice to see SOMEONE else. I feel like I'm missing something. What is there to do at 3:58 am in this game?

Alternatively you can choose the Night Owl ordinance that will make stores close 2 hours later, but also open 2 hours later.

Does bell boom increase how much home payments and public works projects cost?
