It's like the sloppy series, the only possible way to get it is for it to randomly show up at re-tail, or for a villager to reward you with it. And you can't catalog order it

There are items that you can't order even once you've owned them
As far as I know, '_The Cloud' works around Europe (and probably a few other places) and 'Bestbuy' works everywhere else.

I have never seen a Bestbuy in the UK.
I still don't understand why the US promos are orderable via catalog but the UK ones aren't.
Heck even the JP Campus and 7-11 ones are orderable.
If any friends across the pond want the items, I can let you guys catalog them once I've got them all. They're all really cheap in the catalog. (<2000)
