Kabuki fucking sleepwalked into my house the other night. I don't have any pictures but I was setting up my main room for the fourth time and then suddenly he barged in.
He then promptly woke up, flipped out, gave me a piece of candy to never tell anybody and left. Such a strange cat.

how do you get in? I go to the little manhole and no matter what button I press, nothing happens.
If it's not raining, from ~9pm to 6am there's a chance the manhole will be open (because someone forgot to close it when coming home probably)

It's kind of weird, the times.
According to the wiki, if it rains the day before, but doesn't rain at all the current day, then the manhole will open at 9.
For the most part, all you can get from going in there is eventually Resetti's picture. And Don's as well. Nothing significant otherwise, aside from the fact that you're visiting Resetti's working place.
I've heard that getting Resetti's pic will also prevent him from lecturing you again (he shows up but he just gives you a proverbial slap on the wrist and leaves)

ah found the problem, if you turn the wifi off then turn it back on, you get stuck on the save screen, turning it off fixes the problem.

I think he is poking fun at how the game's addicting and if you'd start playing it you probably won't stop playing it for a while.
