Just go to buy the game like you normally would, and it will ask you to add funds. There will be a needed amount button or something at the bottom

Also,how the hell does the campsite work? It has happened 2 times already that someone moved into the campsite,I play a game with em (won 1 time,lost 1 time),and when they asked if they should move to my town,I said ''yes'' both times. They both said ''But my hometown is good I wont move blaglbfgfd''. 1st didn't move,and it's too early to tell for the 2nd one. Am I missing something?
