Animal Crossing Megathread - Games

Before today I'd never played a single Animal Crossing since the original back on the Gamecube, but this one looked so good I couldn't pass it up. So much has changed in all these years and yet so much is still so familiar. My first day playing it and I already love it. I added my friendcode to the spreadsheet & will add people. Hope to have some fun with you guys!

Wow. So, if the guide on Bidoof Crossing is right, my Redds has three legit items in it today? Two are paintings without fake versions (Flowery and Proper), and one of the statues (Valiant) looks legit. [editline]25th July 2013[/editline] Snagged the statue. If anybody wants either of the two paintings, let me know, and I'll open my gates for you.

Like it'd be like 1: load game 2: find fenced off plot 3: Reset Then the plot and villager that's moving in will change locations. BUT if you save after the plot shows up then you can't reset to move the plot.

It will not work if you log in as an already existing character.

Since Action Replay didn't work, I'm going to start a test town and use Nook's secret codes to get almost everything. Even the hidden stuff.

So when I get New Leaf, how should I get on a good start as a complete noob to Animal Crossing? Is there like a time to start my town that's good or what?
