Turnips vary in selling price, and there's the daily deals at the Re-tail shop, but every other item has a set value that stays the same across all towns unless you have the bell boom ordinance.

The two shoulder buttons on the 3DS will take a screenshot. You can upload the screenshot to twitter, tumblr or facebook by going to i.nintendo.net on your 3DS browser. You can take the SD card out and put it into your computer and retreive it off there. Or you can go to loik.li and upload there.

You get the house cosmetic upgrades when you have your two side rooms. basement and back room don't count towards that.
