It only happens this month I think, maybe the next few months, but it starts this month. There will occasionally be large cloud formations.
So apparantly having Katie show up on Sunday mornings makes Joan not appear :/

You can make that from turnips at most once per week.
The double-buy market is way better. Find someone whose re-tail is buying an expensive thing for extra, stockpile that expensive thing, go there, sell it, make tons of money, repeat the next day in another person's town. At least a few people I know have made over 14m in a week doing that.
