I try to make my second human resident to look like Elizabeth from Bioshock..I designed her overall clothing
and I'm not sure if the colors are all correct..Then, I searched online that somebody already designed her costume..

No, they don't... When you choose to play any one of your residents; such as Mayor, the other human residents will not appear in the town; they are mysteriously disappear, but you can enter their house..
If you visit somebody's town using Dream Address, all residents will appear in that town and you can find some of them inside their own house...
anyone have any dessings for the floor? I wanna make a cool entrance for my house and will add bamboo if I manage to make it grow.

It would be funny if it worked like The Sims 1/2/3. When not playing as them, they'll just behave like any other villager. Their personality will be determined based on something that you told Rover in the train at the beginning of the game. (or it can be that humans have their own independent personality, determined by the actions that you do in the game. Possibly correlated to the rumors that animals spread around town.)
Otherwise, I like to think that each human character has a bed underneath their floorboards that they sleep in and just remain invisible and hidden there.

Apparently either me or the wiki miscalculated, as several things happened in town today that I didn't expect to happen till at least Wednesday. The Roost became available as a PWP & Shampoodle's construction started. At least I expected the opening of Club LOL to occur today, which it did :v:
And if things go right, Super T&T will begin construction on Wednesday.
