I made a reddit account just now because that subreddit looks incredibly useful. I barely have any idea how to use reddit, but I think I did it correctly. Such a weird layout...
It's very useful. For the last 3 weeks I've bought turnips & sold them for very decent prices (534-620) each time, and the people are always so friendly & patient! The section is fairly quiet most of the week but the best times to watch it & sell turnips is usually midweek (Wed-Thur)

He was just really slow with updating. And yes, it does take a looong time, for whatever reasons. However, you aren't supposed to sit there any wait. You do your tasks, and then when it's close to your time, get ready.
With the number of people going through, it's going to be hours until it's my time. :v:

Anyone know the items and or pattern QR codes I can use for my DJ/Nightclub room. I would love if you could post it. Especially the QR code patterns.
Loving New Leaf, loved Animal Crossing since the original Gamecube one. I got NL about a week ago, its really cool so far but due to my work schedule I barely get to play in the day, then I get home at night and there is nothing to do ingame because everything is closed :(

Same here, I got new leaf probably 5 days or so ago and I've been having a blast with it. Work schedules are definitely something that could be an issue for this game unfortunately. The ordinances do help to a certain extent though.

Haven't gotten that far yet. The thing with me is though, is that I've been on a roll with fishing and bug catching back on Monday and Tuesday since those were my days off, but at night I can't do that because I can't go and sell my catches because everything is closed. This game is so fun but hard for impatient people like me because you literally have to plan around it and such, haha.
I have to correct myself, my sense of time is so out of whack right now haha. I've definitely had this game longer than 5 days. @_@
If you buy a dresser, you can put a ton of your things in that and just wait till you have time and the shop is open, go to the dresser and get all your stuff and sell it. I had to do that a few times myself.

I'm doing the same thing. Currently have DJ turntable, effects rack, wall-mounted speakers, led board and fireworks table if you wanna catalog any of those
I paid off my final loan today.

My character is a crossdresser and this explains a lot.
Yeah, crossdressing will make your arms flail in the air instead of running by your sides as you run.
