I got a buttload of oranges.
Some perfects too.
The thing I dislike about games such as these is that you pretty much have to play it everyday to ensure nothing dies or falls apart or what have you. I take a break from the game for a week or so and I come back to discover that one of my favourite villagers has left.
I just wish there was an effective way to stop playing for a bit without villagers running off.

Yeah in this game villagers seems to take less to get out of the village. In Wild World, after a year without playing I still had one of my villagers there.
Does anyone still play Animal Crossing City Folk?

I time traveled a few years in Wild World (back when it was new) to stack up interest early game and only one of my villagers left :v:

Of all the randomly generated furniture that an animal can send you, that's probably one of the best ones that you could get. That crap normally costs 800,000 bells. Congrats. :v:
Of course, obtaining shirts and furniture that's exclusive to a season is also a pretty awesome when it's not that season.
In the past week or so she's sent me that throne, three number lamps, and a rococo item.
I think she's trying to sugar me up for whatever reason.

Cherry gave me a plant one time.

I need to make her dress. I feel like a cosplayer right now.
So yeah, Marshal's my favorite resident now. First time meeting him in his house, he's sleeping standing up. And after I start an actual conversation with him, he says there's not enough dancing in town. And proceeds to twirl.
I sent him a letter with 100 bells as a housewarming gift.

If you look in his recent posts, he's getting spammed with boxes by a few ne'er do wells.

Wow, really? That's retarded.
Wow some people are watching his every post just to rate dumb. lol
Bought this game a couple of days ago. First time playing an animal crossing game. Got Celia, Anabelle, Tucker, Sheldon and Cesar as my starting villagers, and Frita just moved in. This game is so fucking adorable argh.
If anyone wants to add me, my friend code is 1005-9599-6871

I have a camper in town (finally) and I've suggested that they move in on two occasions and they're just "Thanks but no thanks". I don't understand, it's not like I have an excess of that villager type, I only have 9 villagers in town, what's going on? Do I just need to harass them some more?
Gracie is finally in my town.....
but it's 9PM now already; Able Sisters and Kicks are closed and I have no modern clothes available..
If only I knew this, I will start playing the game this morning, but I already feel bored a bit, especially waiting for Gracie to eventually show up and only now she made a surprise coming to my town in this late night..
=Update: I just found out that Anicotti sells her night sky tee in Re-tails, which is quite coincidence since it's a modern theme shirt and Gracie ask for the modern theme fashion. Well, I passed the test and received blue argyle tee as a reward..
Oh yeah, shrunk showed up yesterday and asked for signatures. Then he went down an alley in main street.
I don't remember what he said was happening.
what's the minimum number of villagers in a town? Just wondering.
what's the minimum number of villagers in a town? Just wondering.
I'm not even sure if there is a minimum.
You start out with 5, but if you ever dip down below 9, random villagers start moving in to take up the space.
I don't even know if it's possible to get back to 5 after that.

Exactly, you just need to harass them some more. You can even get them in the village even after you lose one of their betting games, if you continue harassing them.
It's how I got Ankha, but then I remembered that I don't really need any more snooty villagers in my town.
I played the first game for the gamecube. Barely remember it, is the one for the 3ds any good? I just got a 3ds and am browsing for games.

It really has a lot of new stuff to do, very enjoyable.

And just like that, I get on my lunch break and the first time she asks to move in she accepts my offer. I always wanted a tiger villager even though I'd much rather have Bianca than Bangle I don't think I need more Snooty villagers. I need more cranky or smug villagers, and a lazy villager that's not Zucker.
I feel bad for asking again, but does anyone have a recommendation code so I could have the game? There's only like a day left before the offer ends and I'm interested in the game.
You mean the one where you register a 3DS with the code and get the game? PM me if you want it.

Wait what? I just registered my DS and I didn't see anything like that.

The only instructions in the email were:
