So after playing all day, I can safely assume that Cobbs is secretly gay. He wears a pink shirt, and he wanted to show me his house, but told me to walk ahead of him so he could "Check out my calf muscles." He also talks about how "Fabulous" his muscles look.

God dammit I keep checking this thread and seeing all the fun everyone is having with New Leaf and I hate myself more and more for selling my 3DS a few months back :(

What do QR codes do? I haven't been up to date on all the stuff that was added for New Leaf, so I'm not sure what there is to do.

So, first day drawing to a close, how'd it go for everyone? I made over 130000 bells and I've already donated like 33 or 34 fish and almost 30 insects, which should make me eligible for the silver tools. And four fossils of course. Found out you can get the balloon presents without a slingshot by waiting for them to get near the cliffs and smacking them with your net. I now have a balloon dresser and a top hat made of balloons.

Fyi going to the island is an easy 100k - 200k bells. Not only is it "always summer" but rare insects / fish spawn like crazy
