Animal Crossing Megathread - Games

I just got New Leaf so I added myself to the google spreadsheet. It's really fun so far, but I feel like the game is really limiting me at the start.

I'm bored. Someone open their town.

So I finally got Caroline, a squirrel villager that I seriously hated for no reason to move out after beating her three times with a net.

Can someone open their gate real quick-like? I have to take someone to another town.

A big gorilla in a pink full body suit moved into my town. I'm scared.

Although you're right, it's ridiculously easy to get money - I thought it was a bit weird being able to pay off Nook the very first day all 39,000 bells in only half an hour.

I just started Wild World and it seems really slow, does it get better? Also is New Leaf better than Wild World? Because it looks really good and I want to know whether it'd be worth buying a 3DS for (along with Pokemon X/Y).

Everyone is getting their game one day early, this hurts to watch ;__;

I've been seeing a lot about how much easier it is to make bells, especially with the island and the shark catching and whatnot. I must admit I really don't like that, how simple it is to make so much money so quickly. Sure, it evens out with the town projects and whatnot, but I feel like it completely spoils any good progression by dumping cash on you. Of course, this is all from an outside perspective. I've yet to receive the game in the mail.
