That grip is supposed to be really comfy, but I don't think it's supposed to be an actual protective case. It's made of this soft rubber, and it bends pretty easily when it isn't on the system.

Is there any kind of Coelacanth ritual I need to do? Like, sacrifice X fish under a waterfall or something? I have a feeling that my feng shui house with all the green in that corner had something to do with my 3-5 sharks in the past half hour, but still no Coelacanth.
