The main antagonists of JoJo are all massive cheaters.
Preordered on amazon, I'm pretty hype since I'm not an expert on fighting games anyway so it not being amazing for competitive play isn't a concern for me.
Honestly, I wish they kept around ripple for a while longer. Stands are cool and all, but with all the cool shit that Joseph was doing with Ripple, it honestly could've had a longer life span in the series.
Joseph needs more credit. Not only does he kill off a vampire, he also kills the thing that literally eats vampires for breakfast. On top of that, he also sent the ultimate being to space, so joseph confirmed for being best jojo.

If the ripple had stayed around much longer I feel it would have fallen into the trap of most shounen battle series, where since everybody uses the same powers only slightly different it becomes about power levels and not crazy uses of weird powers.
Stands also let JoJo stand out as they're a very creative power with a lot of style and flexibility, I don't think this series would have gotten to part 8 without the stands.

I was surprised they dropped ripple off quickly. I'm near the end of part 3 and it's only been used... once since part 2.

Well I mean [sp]Dio[/sp]. Not only that, but Akira made sure to emphasize how useless it is in the 3rd arc by pointing out that a ripple strike only feels like a tingle sensation. Ripple had a lot of utility from what I recall, with Joseph making a shield out of hair, and also [sp]LisaLisa gaining nigh immortality from being a ripple user. But Joseph doesn't care about that I guess. [/sp]

I imported this a while ago, pretty solid after the patches, even if it did nerf some of my favorite characters. I really hope campaign is taken out in the western release, I've never seen a pay 2 play and [b]maybe[/b] have a shot at unlocking shit type of system not get slammed over here.

I think it's funny how in this game a guy with two broken legs is more powerful than a vampire that almost took over the world... twice, three men who also almost took over the world, one of which managed to turn into a literally perfect lifeform, and the president of the united states.

Reminds me about the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games (which are also made by CyberConnect2), where Rock Lee, the only ninja in the series who can't use chakra, outranks most other characters who CAN use chakra, both in the anime and the games. (ESPECIALLY the games.)
