For some reason quartercircles only want to work for me if I'm in the middle of an insane combo, not when I'm standing still in practice mode trying to pull off a simple attack.
I'm rapidly tapping down then right on the dpad, is that the best way to do it or what? Don't tell me to use the analog stick instead, it hurts my fingers and makes me accidentally do a lot of moves.

Oh, this makes sense now. I was wondering why I couldnt do Dios in air mudas while stand rush cancelling because they got rid of it. Rip, I was really looking forward to doing those combos.
Also the netcode is garbage unless you play on the part 3 dio stage with a wired router with people on your coast :v:
In the case of Quarters on a dpad, I would jist roll my thumb from down to the direction I needed. I have a stick now which sort of trivializes a lot of inputs I had trouble with before, but I know all too well the input struggle with a controller.
Quartercircles aren't really that big of a deal, but some moves just refuse to work half the time with them, like joseph's next line move, and a lot of mista's stuff.
The only problem i have is doing a forward quarter circle by accident when trying to do a quarter circle.
Especially with Mista, trying to shoot and then kneeing the air.
So will they sell Kira and Shigekiyo at some point? Because the pre-order offer to get them wasn't available where I live.
I never had a problem inputting anything with pad or stick in the demo, maybe I can help you guys.

I personally use the numpad method for describing inputs. Where that would be 623button. It gets sort of confusing when you get inputs like 1632143Drive (as I think Hazama's astral is in Blazblue), but it works for shorter ones.

Well i end it with a forward and it works for me. Its what i'm used to so i stick with it.

Well, just platinumed this game.
That was the easiest (and only) platinum I've ever got in my entire life.
I picked this up and the Old Joseph DLC (Which doesn't appear ingame, even though I have the campaign DLC installed).
This game is so silly and fun.

Its seems that if you get multiple medals they fill a bar under said medal and then you get stuff like extra dialogue.
i really don't like how spaced out the campaign dlc is
i just want to fuck around now and unlock the costumes. odds are i'll be over the game by the time campaign 2 comes out, let alone 3.
