I have every outfit in campaign one except for ceasar's. I've only encountered wham like once despite him having like, the highest find rate.

I hope that there are part 4 and 6 Jotaro costumes, if not then they should of done those rather than one time cover stuff.
I mean ceasar gets the top hat he wore for five minutes in that restaurant and Diavolo gets one he wore for literally a panel.
I have every costume for campaign 1.
I feel like the drop rate is worse for later costumes, I'm running into way more avatars.
