Clocked in just over 24 hours in space of a week and nearing level 60. I don't agree with the DLC pricing etc but that's mostly excusable given the critical content you keep giving us for free is so good. So thank you and the rest of the team for your hard work.

So double-checked, and the new "Shh!" shotgun silencer definitely isn't triggering the "No Heist for Old Men" achievement. That's really annoying - I was so pumped to finally be done grinding for the only shotgun suppressor available, but the fact that it's not working is disappointing. At least a silenced shotgun is fun.

It's jsut that Aku Aku is the Go-To Tiki Mask type thing. To the point where I've seen people call them "Aku Aku Masks" in real life. Off topic but when I was younger I never properly read the manual so we ended up calling Aku Aku's [I]"HOOLAHBAGAH'S!"[/I] on account of what they said when you opened a box with one in there, anyone else do a thing like that?

Turrets are a mess. Not entirely by their own faults, but by the stupidity of the community. Nobody even understands how they work. Had an entire group of 3 people end up downed right in front of the turret on Hoxout. Was wondering what they were doing. One of them types "I couldn't get close enough to put an ECM on the turret." They've completely derailed public games.
I have to agree with the turrets. how can bank heists end so horribly? everyone runs to the swat vans. WHY? you never ran outside the bank before people are just dumb
Anyone got the script to enable 3 bots I saw earlier? I want to do an experiment.

It effectively removes their meatshield support the instant one shows up. I don't always want to fill my empty slots with bad pubs, so its a pain in the ass.

You reach a point though where the bots just aren't smart enough to keep up with you because you have every level ingrained into your brain, with every shortcut and good areas to use power ups. I do wish that the SR PD2 characters had animations when they win like the rest of the characters instead of just a stationary picture, but maybe they'll add those later. At least this update added further community awareness for Speed Runners, it's an incredibly fun game.
Gun stat people of Payday, out of curiosity, is there much point in increasing the damage of the M308 with barrel mods? Does an extra 11 dmg count towards any more special unit killing potential at the expense of accuracy and stability? Firebreather takes it to 115, - 22 accuracy - 29 stability - Competetors compensator takes it to 110, - 22 accuracy - 30 stability - Funnel of fun takes it to 121 (supposedly) - 19 accuracy - 26 stability -
I finally got the chance to play the game since Spring Break updates. The turret is fine imo, I just popped a few HE rounds into it, and focused it until it died. Sure, they're bullet spongy but atleast it gives a team something to focus on, only took about a minute to get rid of both.
So the AK5 is less than 1 damage point from being viable unless you lock it to full auto. A fraction of a point. Fuck life. So close and yet so far.

The minute more than two enemies fire at them, they get stunlocked a majority of the time and they can barely fire their weapon a handful of times in the process.
I don't get this viable talk I keep seeing people discuss. The weapons are sexy as fuck on Overkill, are we talking Deathwish?

If a gun displays 40 in the game, often it's at soft 40 which is 39.## due to the fucked up rounding of the game.

That's what I do with SMGs. Otherwise I tend to be wary about them. I notice my ammo counter going down too fast for my liking.
18 accuracy is the highest accuracy, right? I know it can go higher, but it doesn't actually matter if it's 22 for example, right? The accuracy would be identical to 18 even if you had 22?
