I don't understand how what was initally a 7 MB update suddenly becoming over 500 when I try and download it. Is this just the game's crappy update system or is it something to do with my mods?

They definitely have more planned for cars, the sports car on the Car Shop has some unused icons that indicate that you can store bags in it and repair it.
Plus, the code references two other types of cars, the normal escape van and a muscle car.
If we're getting more car heists, I would greatly appreciate some kind of test track where we can practice driving :v:

The first safehouse map update...and it adds an underground racetrack to go through.
if they do more with driving with the intent to shoot stuff, they best do some netcode work because I warp around like no other when i'm in the passenger of someones car

Except the heist was a separate $7 purchase while you got only four masks for owning a $10 game with HM1.
And with HM2, you got a set of masks for buying the $10 regular version, the character only came with the $20 deluxe version.
They both were still "Buy $10 game get some masks!" at their core.
I'd really like to see the safe house racetrack suggestion be part of safe house upgrading/customization. Imagine having the regular safe house up top that you can customize and have look nice, but then there is an elevator added downstairs, that you can buy new floors for the safe house:
-Race track floor, test out driving vehicles, need to at least steal one car in Car shop to unlock this floor.
-Nightclub floor, choose the music that plays and all that jazz, unlocked by beating Nightclub on overkill or above.
-Casino floor, You can actively gamble for card drops or on other things for fun, unlocked by beating golden grin casino on overkill or above.
-Expanded Gun Range Floor, you can access all of your owned weapons and swap when you want, unlock by owning at least 25 weapons.
-Fashion Floor, allows you to customize your masks or maybe even your preferred characters suit. This would imply possibly implementing a suit customization feature similar to masks but that might be a bit much.
or possibly even other floors in the future.
Would especially be nice if you could invite other players to your safe house to screw around. Bonus points if the other gang members can be found as bots/npcs enjoying each of the floors, like Bonnie and Hoxton in the casino floor, Chains and Jacket at the club, and etc. I might be a little enthusiastic about the idea, but it would definitely be a cool idea.

The Van Turret really sucks the life out of all missions. I can usually blow through Bank: Somethings easily on OK or lower. Instead, a van parks [I]~right~[/I] beside the escape vehicle, stunlocks the bots into custody, proceeds to spam flashbangs when we try to move by to scuttle bags, which then coordinates with the entire police-state of wherever they fuck were are materializing around us.

I just hit infamy. After being a do-it-all Enforcer big loud huge built for two man heists, we're moving to stealth builds.
As a sign of good luck, we stealthed three safes of Four Stores on Very Hard at Level 1 with no skills.

A Bulldozer with all the powers of other specials combined.
A shield in one hand, a taser in the other. A turret-via-backpack hovering overhead. He also insta-downs you if you get close. Turret can also snipe.
Alt. - Shields get the ability to form shield walls and phalanxes.
oh god, imagine if the turret was a full auto sniper, same sounds and everything, just full auto
A 20 foot tall bulldozer covered in cloakers that jump off him and kick you in the face on their way down.
I'm planning to go on a coffee-driven all-nighter later for Revenge heist, so I'm kinda open for anyone who's planning to host it. Preferably Overkill since I haven't got enough levels to get Inspire yet but yeah.
