I ended up joining a group with 2 people with dodgebuilds and shotguns in Hotline Miami. Another infamy 6 person joined who was also a dodgebuild. They all carried medkits. I was going to say something about a doctor's bag (I had 2x ammo bags) but they started. Needless to say when people started getting downed in the commissar's penthouse and I had the only armor piercing weapon things went south real fast. Then the infamy 6 guy raged at us and quit. A non-dodge build guy joined and we completed it the next round.

You know, to get the most out of the SWAT van turret on the large number of maps that are primarily indoors, Overkill should really create some "Dynamic Entry" moments. SWAT using a van to charge through into the lobby of the Big Bank etc.

They are just levels to be honest. Is he actively cheating in any other way whenever you play? If not, I don't really see the problem if he purely wants the cosmetics.

To be honest, ever since the AK/Car pack I've switched to using the AK with the DMR kit. I deal 100 damage per shot, and have an excellent ammo pickup rate to the point where I've only run out of ammo with the gun once. I've been looking for a good reason to switch to a semi-auto rifle and this has been it for me. I used the AMR-16 for awhile with the DMR kit too, and I forget the reason why I switched from it to the AK, I think it was either because it had slightly lower accuracy, or a slightly lower pickup rate, I'm not sure, but it's still a solid rifle as well.
On a side note, a bit back in the thread people were talking down on the use of SMGs, why is that? I've been using the uzi for awhile now and it's been awesome. It may be because I almost always play on overkill, and rarely touch dealthwish since I prefer to have fun, but it does a great job taking out cops. Sure a dozer needs an entire mag, but that's really what my AK's for.

I think it's lower damage actually, most I've been able to coax out of my AMR while retaining max accuracy is 94.

People always talking about character preference system... I actually want to be able to assign masks to characters.
As some of my masks would look ridiculous on Chains, but fit Hoxton and Wick, while the other one would suit only Clover, and so on...

SMGs are awesome, they're sidearms that don't require any skills to be good. You wanna use pistols, you need to spec Mastermind, you wanna use shotguns, you gotta minmax them (IE: HE Judge) or spec Enforcer, you wanna use SMGs, just put mods on.
I love using the Compact-5 as my sidearm along with the GL40, it's got tons of ammo, is accurate enough to take out snipers with, does enough damage to take out trash on Overkill and under and has so much stability it's ridiculous.
