Actually the Payday gang fixed the economy. Thanks to their heisting spree, they caused a massive surge in the security industry and now Gensec is the largest company on the planet. They also pay their employees very well (Since most of them end up dying), which means the ones who survive spend a lot, stimulating other areas of the economy.

IMO a lot of the reticules should be made bigger. I wanted to try to make a proper kobra sight for my AK, but the reticule is so small it's insane. I have trouble using anything but dot 3
Holy shit, my girlfriend and I did Hox Revenge and Car Shop for the first time tonight, both of us, and they are fucking [I]really[/I] nice heists. I'm blown away by how obvious the rat is in retrospect.
My girlfriend and I had the clutchest fucking Car Shop. Our successful run, what happened was, we got on to the second floor, the manager was with three people, I shoot them all dead, and bag them while my girlfriend keeps watch. A fucking civvy walks in and lacking any bags, I tie him. I haul ass across the room to the staircase, in complete sight of everything, completely relying on luck. I get one bag in, grab another, and keep moving the bags, it goes off without a hitch, I kill the tied civvy, and move him to the stairs and hide all the bags on the roof. We get the IT computer with relative ease, but then the fucking thing gets seen by a civvy while we're hanging on the roof and he alerts, I ecm'd, ran down, shot him dead and used my last available body bag on him. Then, rushing like hell, I dance around the guards in the back lot, get out the gate, there's a fucking guard right there, so I'm just hiding behind cars in the parking lot in full view of the store, I run across the lot, plant all the C4, the door opens, immediately gets seen and the alarm raises. I rush up, grab the keys, my girlfriend and I get in our fucking sweet ass sports cars and fucking high tail it, I crash in to a bunch of shit, she makes it to the finish with little issue way ahead of me, and I'm caught in a major race against time. I drive as fast as I fucking can, make it to the dock, don't know what the fuck to do with my car, I see an open container, I fucking slam in to it, sprawl to press every button on my keyboard in time to get the fuck out of the car, we jump in the fucking van and make it out with less than 8 seconds on the clock. It was fucking [B][I]amazing.[/I][/B]

I was thinking about how someone could write a guide on how to get items you want from the daily reward, since a few things would be guaranteed or at least have a high chance with certain weapon/pack combos
I think i'll stick to gage coins, i tried to use it on somethibg that had two outcomes, the ported compensator and the led combo. No prizes for guessing which of the two i got.

So it canonically takes place after the Diamond, and someone from the original crew was never there (probably Houston)
Unless every single playable character raided the FBI at the same time, canonically.

I wonder if The Diamond happened before or after Hotline Miami. We know Big Bank is the first of The Dentist's heists, but did they do Hotline Miami after that and steal The Diamond while waiting for Hoxton's re-trial to be organised, or do The Diamond in between Big Bank and Hotline Miami?

The trailer only showed Day 1 though, so it's entirely possible the original four did that themselves, then when Hoxton decided they were going to fuck up the FBI's head office, they called in some backup to help out.
I wonder if the FBI Soldiers (What else do we call them?) from Revenge will be seen anywhere else. It seems odd that they'd bother to make a new skin for the first part of a one-day heist when multiple other enemies could have been used with the same effect (Suits, Masked FBI, Green FBI, GenSWAT, Murkies, etc).
I also regret not getting a clear picture when we had one bugged out, so that he stood still on his radio, since nobody else has gotten a good screenshot yet. But as far as I can tell, they're just the Murkywater model but with with green uniforms and FBI patches.

I hear a lot of people talking about us getting ports of the PD:TH heists, where was that confirmed?
One thing i don't understand on hoxton revenge is the panic room. I mean, why did they (the FBI) decide it was a good idea? The payday crew already showed they can easily get a thermal dril on demand and drill into a normal vault, so why construct such a safe house with a panic room no better than a normal vault. Why not make it stronger or have alternate escape routes?

That would be radical, but I think I read a long time ago that it was unlikely because of the differences between the two games and how they're built, and would require pretty much remaking them. Don't remember where though.

Yeah, that is what I thought, which is why I saw people talking about it several pages back (Discussing Hox's Revenge) as if it was a certainty a little bit odd.
How do people solo stealth heists? I mean stealth in this game would be enjoeable for me if we dident had the stupid limitation of 4 pagers

It's there for a reason, once upon a time pd2 had a bug that when guards were dominated they didn't need to have their pager responded to, it made heists laughably easy.
Just gotta learn to work around it, kill nobody unless you absolutely have to if it's a heist with more than 4 guards is my general rule
Solo stealthing just takes practice, I used to hate election day 2 and it was the last heist I had to do on DW but now it's one of my favourites because i took so many attempts at it.
