Do it solo on normal, there's a 4 minute point of no return timer, I managed to get it that way first try
It's still fucking hard as balls if you don't find the it guy quick or your car flips.

I was in a hoxbreakout game where, right at the end, the guys were messing around with miniguns and rocket launchers. 10 seconds later a dozer walks in, they're out of rockets, and everyone's downed. Meanwhile I'm patiently waiting in custody for these assholes to finish, and now we gotta do it all over again. Was rather dissapointing.

You can switch perk decks, but you can't remove all the points you placed in the deck and put them towards another if that's what you're asking. The only time you can undo points is if you haven't fully unlocked one of the tiers inside a perk deck, like say if you put 199 points towards a tier that requires 200, then you can remove those 199 points if you don't want it there, but once you put the required 200 in total, the points are gone for good and that tier is unlocked permanently.

Joined in on a hacked lobby by accident. Was fairly surprised when I made like $14M out of nowhere. Decided not to stick around, don't really want to completely spoil the game. What's a good deck for Technician then? This is entirely my first run bare in mind, level 61 and pretty much all points went into technician because the drill upsets me with how slow it is by default.

Technician has no skill symbiosis with a perk deck. It depends how you want to play. Armorer for heavy armor, Rogue for suit dodge, Crook for light vest armor/dodge. With Rogue or Crook you want Sprinter and Duck & Cover aced with your builds.

Then Clover, my guess would be she got involved with the crew in connection to the breakout even though they used her addition to advertise the diamond.

Like Grimhound says, it depends on what build you're going for. Some skills are more useful than others so fully investing in one tree is never a good idea. You're probably best off being a techmind or a techforcer, in the latter case you'll definitely want the armorer perk deck. When used with Bulletproof basic and the Combined Tactical Vest you'll be a juggernaut with a whopping 281 armour. Alternatively if you want to go with lighter gear then you've got a bit more choice, these two guides are generally good to consult when planning your build:

Or, considering The Dentist is the one who pulls the strings behind the Hox Heists, it could have been him who contacted her on an offer to save her mentor, [I]if[/I] she were to help with The Diamond. Considering she was used in the promotion for it, I'm willing to bet she's known about it (and maybe done some research on the place it was currently being stored at), and thus she was the best choice to "hire" for the job. I wouldn't put it past the sneaky bastard.
