Man, what I wouldn't give to buy an asset that let us drive the escape van out of heists. Let the cops see it or drive too fast and they get suspicious, but you don't have to depend on Twitch. Maybe if you get caught in loud you have to drive through a section of road (before you get roadblocked and have to find another car)? Overall it would be cool.

I hope the overkill devs are not getting bored with the game.
I wouldn't see why. Plus, all the Spring Break content is really good. You'd think if they were bored, the quality would be dropping, not increasing.
So erm, did they changed something about the R93 or is my memory playing tricks on me?
I played through a few DW heists the other day and can't help but notice how the R93 took 2 penetrating headshots to kill a shield. I swear it took only 1 headshot the last time I played loud DW (post Shadow Raid patch to be specific).
I was a Techforcer with 25% HS tier bonus back then, so I should be able to one-shot shields fine on DW right now since perk decks give you the 25% HS bonus for free.

Were you running with Berserker back then? That's the only way to 1-shot them with it now, I think. Has been since I started playing in October.

it honestly might just be because they changed the pose of the shield ever so slightly, probably muscle memory playing tricks on you

Considering how much meth labs are a becoming a running joke in the community, I hope the April Fools joke this year involves putting meth labs on literally every singe heist, especially the ones where it doesn't fit. How does the Benevolent Bank stay afloat after being robbed by us so much? Federally insured money in the vault that gets reimbursed? Nope, they have a meth lab in the safe. How does the FBI have all the money to equip and send so many officers to their death? Meth labs in their offices, of course. Shadow Raid? Super stealthy meth lab action! And the Forest bomb heist? Well, the train didn't survive but a meth lab certainly could!
The possibilities for cooking meth would be endless.
